Is Komissio on the Stripe App Marketplace?

Yes. Komissio is approved on the Stripe App Marketplace. You can install it from the listing, or sign up at komissio.io and connect your Stripe account with OAuth.

What is source_transaction in Stripe?

source_transaction is a parameter on a Stripe Transfer that links the outgoing payment to the charge that funded it. Komissio sets it on every Stripe Connect commission payout, so each payout can be traced back to a real sale.

How do affiliates get paid?

You approve a payout batch and Stripe Connect sends each affiliate their money on the schedule you choose. Each payout carries a Stripe reference you can share with the affiliate.

What happens to a commission when a Stripe charge is refunded?

Komissio listens for Stripe refund events. If the refund falls inside the clawback window set on your commission rule, a negative commission is created and the affiliate balance goes down. Clawbacks are part of the Growth plan.

Can I use Komissio without installing from the Marketplace?

Yes. The Marketplace listing is one way to start. You can also sign up at komissio.io and connect Stripe with OAuth. Both routes give you the same product.
