What happens to a commission when a Shopify customer refunds an order?
Komissio reads Shopify's refund webhooks automatically. When an order is refunded, the associated commission is reversed in the affiliate's balance, and a clawback record is created. No spreadsheet reconciliation needed. The same logic applies for partial refunds — the commission is prorated.
