Partner Program Terms

Anyone aged 18 or over who can receive payouts through Stripe Connect may apply. We may decline an application, or remove a Partner whose audience or methods do not fit Komissio.

• You earn 30% of every subscription payment that a customer you referred makes to Komissio, for as long as that customer remains a paying customer.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes and after refunds, chargebacks and discounts.
• A referral counts if the customer signs up for Komissio within 60 days of clicking your link. We track this with a cookie or browser storage, and our tracking records decide which Partner gets the credit.
• Only new Komissio customers count.

• Commissions are paid through Stripe Connect to the Stripe account you connect. Stripe's terms apply to that account.
• We pay your balance when it becomes due, according to the hold period and minimum payout shown in your partner dashboard.
• We may hold a commission while we check for refunds or fraud.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on the commissions you receive.

To keep the program fair, you must not:

• refer yourself, your own company or any account you control (self-referrals)
• bid on "Komissio" or similar brand terms in paid search, such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads, or use our brand in ad domains or display URLs
• send spam, or make false or misleading claims about Komissio, including about its prices or features
• pretend to be Komissio or suggest that you speak for us
• use cookie stuffing, fake sign-ups or other tricks to create referrals

When you recommend Komissio, disclose that you earn a commission, as the law and platform rules require. Commissions from activity that breaks these rules are not payable, and we may reverse them.

You may use the Komissio name and logo to promote Komissio under these terms. Do not change the logo, and do not suggest any relationship with us other than this program.

Either party may end the partnership at any time by notice, for example by email. After the end date, no new commissions are earned, including on later payments by customers you referred. Commissions earned on payments made before the end date are paid when they become due, unless they come from activity that broke these terms.

We may change these terms or the commission rate by giving you 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not affect commissions already earned. If you do not agree, you can leave the program.

Our liability to Partners is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes are decided by Harju County Court in Tallinn. Questions about the program go to [email protected].
