Yes, if you bill through Stripe. Komissio records the payments a referred customer makes, and a percentage rule pays the affiliate a share of each one. The commission follows what the customer actually pays, whether that is a seat plan or a usage-based subscription.
What happens when a customer upgrades, downgrades or gets a refund?
On Growth, recurring commissions follow Stripe renewals, upgrades, downgrades and refunds. Clawbacks cover commissions that were already paid out when a charge is refunded or disputed.
Do I need to be on Stripe?
For a SaaS product, yes. You connect Stripe with OAuth so Komissio can record payments, and affiliates are paid through Stripe Connect. Shopify stores install Komissio from the Shopify App Store instead.
Does Komissio take a percentage of my revenue?
No. Starter is $49 a month for up to 50 active affiliates. Growth is $99 a month with unlimited affiliates and advanced features. Enterprise is priced on request. Every plan includes a 14-day trial, and no plan takes a share of your sales.
How do I stop fake referrals from earning commissions?
Every plan detects duplicate clicks and blocks self-referrals. Growth adds velocity and geo-mismatch checks. Flagged conversions are held for review, so they are not paid until you approve them.
