Does Komissio work with Shopify?
Yes. Komissio is approved on the Shopify App Store. It reads your store's orders, credits the affiliate who referred each one, and pays them automatically.
How is Komissio different from GoAffPro, UpPromote or Refersion?
Many Shopify affiliate apps, such as GoAffPro, UpPromote and Refersion, have pricing that rises as sales grow or charge by order volume. Komissio charges a fixed monthly price per plan and never takes a percentage of your revenue. It tracks sales first-party and pays affiliates through Stripe Connect instead of manual transfers.
What happens to a commission when an order is refunded or cancelled?
Komissio listens for Shopify cancellation and refund events. A cancelled order reverses the commission. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion to the amount refunded, and the affiliate balance updates automatically.
Will ad blockers stop affiliate sales from being tracked?
Komissio keeps the referral in a first-party cookie on your own domain instead of a third-party tracker, so ad blockers and Safari limits drop fewer referred sales. Custom tracking domains are available on Enterprise.
How do affiliates get paid?
